Currently looking at used MX-5 auto (yeah..i know lol), with budget around 150K.
I see a lot of the ones being sold on Carlist etc is recond from Japan.
Mind sharing your experience with buying used? E.g. trusted dealers, signs to look out for (avoid flooded car etc).. Thanks!

How to avoid relative’s awful cooking

Dont want to hurt her feeling, but my aunt’s cooking is terrible. She insist on cooking for upcoming family gathering, but only her kids can actually enjoys her “cooking”. She basically just throws meat vege etc into a pot, add water, no seasoning for “health” and thats soup for dinner.
How to avoid this tactfully? Discuss.

Wobbly Ceiling Fan

My newly installed KDK 5 blade ceiling fan wobbles too much.
Contractor blame the fan.

When i climb up check, I saw the ceiling fan hook he installed also can wobble.
Is ceiling fan hook supposed to be able to move a little??
I suspect he didnt do the hook correctly and now wanna taichi.
