Latihan sedemikian amat penting dalam memperkukuhkan kesiapsiagaan operasi, meningkatkan keupayaan serta memperhalusi kemahiran yang diperlukan bagi mempertahankan keselamatan dan kedaulatan negara. Institusi DiRaja Johor dan Kerajaan Negeri Johor akan terus memberikan sokongan penuh terhadap usaha-usaha ini.

Segala pengorbanan, dedikasi dan khidmat yang dicurahkan oleh anggota ATM dalam mempertahankan negara hendaklah sentiasa dihormati dan dihargai. Anggota tentera tidak seharusnya berdepan halangan yang tidak perlu dalam melaksanakan latihan serta eksesais operasi yang amat penting demi pertahanan dan kesiapsiagaan negara. Tidak sepatutnya juga wujud sebarang layanan berat sebelah terhadap mana-mana unit atau rejimen tertentu kerana setiap individu yang menyarung uniform berkhidmat dengan penuh kehormatan, kesetiaan dan pengorbanan, serta layak menerima penghormatan dan pengiktirafan setinggi-tingginya.

Sokongan saya bukan sahaja terhad kepada mereka yang masih berkhidmat, malah turut meliputi anggota tentera yang telah bersara atau bakal bersara. Pintu Johor akan sentiasa terbuka buat mereka sebagai tanda penghargaan terhadap segala pengorbanan dan jasa yang tidak ternilai kepada negara.

Amat mendukacitakan apabila terdapat pihak tertentu yang cuba mempergunakan institusi ketenteraan demi kepentingan peribadi atau sekadar untuk meraih perhatian dan populariti di media sosial. Sebelum mengeluarkan sebarang kenyataan berkaitan perkara sedemikian, seseorang itu seharusnya memahami terlebih dahulu Perlembagaan Persekutuan termasuk perbezaan antara Negeri Bersekutu dan Negeri Tidak Bersekutu. Kefahaman yang cetek mengenai perkhidmatan ketenteraan dan perkara berkaitan Perlembagaan hanya mencerminkan kegagalan untuk benar-benar memahami pengorbanan, disiplin, tanggungjawab dan realiti yang dihadapi oleh anggota ATM.

Adalah juga amat malang apabila kebimbangan hanya dibangkitkan secara terpilih terhadap latihan ketenteraan, sedangkan terdapat pelbagai lagi isu penting melibatkan kebajikan dan kesejahteraan rakyat menerima perhatian dan keutamaan yang jauh lebih rendah.

I stand firmly with the Malaysian Armed Forces, and my unwavering support will always remain with the nation’s military personnel under all circumstances.

With regard to military training and exercises, the Armed Forces have the necessary space, authority and cooperation to conduct any form of exercise within the state of Johor. My support is not limited solely to those currently serving, but also extends to retired and retiring military personnel. Johor’s doors will always remain open to them in recognition of their invaluable sacrifices and contributions to the nation.

It is deeply regrettable when certain individuals attempt to utilise the military institution for personal interests or merely to generate social media attention and public recognition. Before issuing statements on such matters, one must first understand the Federal Constitution, including the distinction between Federated and Non-Federated States. A superficial understanding of military service and constitutional matters only reflects a failure to truly comprehend the sacrifices, discipline, responsibilities and realities endured by members of the Armed Forces.

It is equally unfortunate that concerns are selectively raised over military exercises, while many other pressing issues involving the welfare and well-being of the people appear to receive far less attention and urgency.

KUALA LUMPUR : A man has been arrested by police after allegedly lifting a woman's cloth and recording her while she was using an ATM at a kiosk inside a petrol station in Danau Kota.

The incident went viral after Threads user @atriaismail89 shared CCTV footage showing the suspect's suspicious behavior toward the victim.

The footage shows the man approaching the woman before lifting her cloth and inserting his phone underneath it twice believed to be an attempt to secretly record video.

However, the victim only realized what had happened on the second attempt. The suspect was later detained by police.

It is understood that the suspect also has a prior criminal record related to sexual offenses.

According to the Threads user, sharing the footage was meant as a reminder and awareness to the public especially women to be more cautious of their surroundings so they don't become victims like his sister.

No official statement has been issued regarding the incident so far

Later, the person in charge at Proton eMas Balakong sent me a video of their test drive car, saying that car has the sound too. He said: “Good evening Sir, these videos were taken from the test drive unit. My Chinese tech said it got sound but low noise.”

But the noise in their video was barely there, while my car’s noise is much louder and sharper. Also, I didn't hear this sound at all during my 2 test drives before I bought the car. If this is a "normal" sound that all cars have, why was it not there when I tried the car earlier?
Proton eMas HQ eventually messaged me and insisted that this high-pitched noise is just the brake booster working normally, so they won't change any parts. I kept telling them that the noise is leaking into the car and making my ears hurt every time I drive.

They didn't give me a straight answer; they just kept saying "sorry for the experience" and repeated that it's a normal sound.
I kept pushing back because the noise is literally causing me tinnitus. Even though I have video proof that my car is much louder, they still don't take it seriously.
This is not just about a sound anymore; it’s about health. Being exposed to this kind of sharp noise long-term can cause permanent hearing damage. Is Proton waiting for our ears to actually get damaged before they admit this isn't "normal"?

If this is a normal sound, why does it cause so much ear discomfort for the driver and passengers? Geely owners overseas had the same problem, but their HQ actually replaced parts and added insulation to fix it.
But in Malaysia, Proton eMas HQ only knows how to tell customers it’s "normal" without doing anything to help.

I’ve been talking to them for a month now, and they just keep saying it’s normal. They are not thinking from a customer's side at all.

I want to ask: who can stand this kind of piercing noise every day? I have to use this car daily. It’s affecting my health and my family's health, but Proton eMas HQ acts like it’s no big deal.
I asked them a few times: if this was your own daily car, how long could your ears take it? They never replied. No matter what video or proof I show them, they just say it’s normal.

I’m not sure if other owners are facing this too, but I know a few other eMas owners who have the same problem—they also get tinnitus and ear pain after driving!
But until now, Proton eMas HQ still hasn't given any solution. A car you have to drive every day that hurts your ears is completely unacceptable. I am not asking for any unreasonable compensation; I just want Proton eMas to take this seriously and provide a real solution.
