unable to boot into recovery mode when i plug in usb cable to itunes...

anyone using this print server with canon laser printer lbp3050 or similar model?

when i attached usb cable to print server, it always shows offline in the console....

unable to print to this printer..

could it be this canon printer does not supported by dlink print server?

i hv no problem using another usb port to epson lq310...

Problem details
Installer came in to install this new line yesterday, but seems like they are not familiar with fixed ip package setup. so till now i can see the fixed ip is 124.xx.xx.xx. but i'm still unable to access to internet.

i use operator to login rg-maritime-trg212m, able to find vlan500 and vlan600 also a dhcp interface 209.

is there any manual/guideline available?

windows 7 prof desktop problem

lately i've encountered a weird situation in windows 7 prof.

sometimes when user tried to click/double click on desktop icon, it seems that it is not responding at all. meaning that, the icon will not be highlighted as well....

this happen in one of my notebook and desktop in office.

wondering whether anyone of you having the similar situation before..

* the workaround is, goto task manager, end task 'iexplore.exe' then it will resume to normal.

i'm not sure whether its the computer firewall issue o not..

initally, thought it was the antivirus issue... disabled it...
doesnt work either...

then thought it could be the windows firewall... disabled it;
doesn't work either...

try to telnet pop.streamyx.com 110 and 25 also cannot connect..
try to telnet my office mailserver 110 and 25 also failed...

what else i can try? 587 seems working...
location: PJ sec 14....
