HighPoint Service Center Time Square issue

This is my first time experience on such a bad service center when i sent in my laptop n pc(ACER) on 31 January 2010 (-38)

Just a gentle reminder guys. Be very careful when you sent in your laptop or PC to this HighPoint Service center at Time Square.

My unit had 2GB ram(2x1gb) and they took 1 of it off from my pc then return to me. yet they claim it's originally came in 1gb only. (i brought it at cycom and additional added 1gb )

Rude guy talking to me on the phone with bad customer service when i call up and ask why my ram was missing. He didn't even go and investigate and all his words are all trying to push the blame back on me
- maybe you put the ram some where n u forgotten,you should find at your place wtf
- the ram so cheap less than RM100, y we want it to risk our job by stealing it from u
- u acknowledge n sign the service form when u sent in stated down 1gb and "THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" when i said i didn't notice that 1gb is stated (the tricky part is here)

The Service form had 2 pages. The SC guy only gave me the first page and ask me to sign and never mention on the 2nd page at the back nor my specification when i sent in. i did have a quick glance back 2nd page but it's empty because the small spec written on the corner left on top 1gb/hdd No header nor footer printer as well on the 2nd page.

what kinda service is this saying " That is your PROBLEM because you didn't read everything and sign" salute this guy.

Even if it's stated on the document form 1gb and they found 2gb instead should just update it. not just took it off the extra rite?
Very disappointed such a Brand Service Center in TIME SQUARE having such an Unhonesty organisation.

So many sifu here.... need some guide
one of my server is running but there is no display on the monitor it self, try change the monitor but still no good. i'm not very sure is the display card hardware issue or what, but server can't be down as it need to be running for the daily opperation.

when using another pc to remote into the server we can see everything is running fine from there.

what is the problem with the server, any body encounter this b4 n know how to solve this?

Please help....thank u very much
