Recommend me a pc spec for heavy trader

Should i go for Intel or AMD, i've been out of touched for years, not sure which to get?
95% of the time using it for trading heavily that utilizes alot of browser tabs.
5% for csgo and overwatch
don't plan to OC, need a simple and clean yet powerful setup just for my work below.

attached is my current setup and current bottleneck that lags my trading performance.
Want a smooth flowing trades in the browser as the trading page is super hungry of cpu and memory

Is 6k sufficient without monitor?

I feel very laggy from multitasking 3 browsers. memory usage about 90%+ all the time, cpu usage 50-80%

how much more ram should I get as I've alot of tabs in 3 browsers?
should I get back same model ram? or should I replace it with something different?

I just want my browsers to run smoothly, thought of adding more ram or better ram if it could help more.
