Which Security camera is Long lasting and good

there are three types of Security Camera .
as far as i know that there are cameras with DVR so one Dvr having hard disk can Control all attached 4 to 16 stations cameras
but i saw these cameras

why they do not have DVR box with them?
and which one is reliable either Cameras with DVR or these Small Security Cameras? Please Help
