Item(s) conditions: Phone is in very good condition. Only some paint peeled from the sides. No dents. No cracks. No dead pixels. Pen works 100%. Battery can still last a whole day with moderate usage. Phone still feels very new and in good working condition. Spare battery and desktop charger I think is original but I'm not sure because it was a gift. I seldom use the spare battery and keep it charged so it should be in good condition too. No buldging.

I'm completely out of date (been using laptop for few years).

Don't care AMD/Intel/ATI/Nvidia janji best bang for buck. Casing also can ciplak. No overclocking either.

Will be for most current games on a full hi def tv. So the budget is 2k without monitor.

A new mixed Development Project by Zip Hill Development. Their past completed project is Manjalara 18 Residences in Kepong and Urban 360 in Sri Gombak.
